System requirements for the recommended Firestorm Viewer
The Virtual Harmony community recommends the use of the Firestorm viewer for accessing and interacting within the grid’s virtual environment. The Firestorm viewer can be downloaded from the URL link offered here [Firestorm Viewer]. There are versions of the Firestorm Viewer for Windows, Linux, or Mac computer systems. Once the Firestorm viewer is installed on the computer platform and launched then follow the instructions offered below (depicting screen snapshots from the Firestorm Viewer) for accessing the Virtual Harmony grid. The viewer is the only software that needs to be installed on the computer. The best way to check if a computer can run the viewer is to install the software and see if it runs. It might show an error about the video card but still work fine. Generally, for reasonable computer performance the following system recommendations are offered:
- Dual-core CPU or higher
- NVidia or ATI/AMD graphics chip
