Abstract |
The article outlines the importance of incorporating artificial intelligence in the U.S. Navy which will dominate in the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS). It mentions that the military is beginning to recognize the opportunities as well as the potential threats in the EMS, despite Department of Defense's (DOD's) historical view of the EMS as a resource.
