Abstract
Cognition is defined in many ways. The simplest is to define it as: what the brain does with information, and how it does it. Cognition brings together all the processes and major functions that allow an individual to have a representation of the world, according to what he perceives and his own memory, in order to be able to decide and act on this environment. Cognition allows the construction of cognitive personalities, which are habits of thought characteristic of each of us. It is in its decision-making aspect that it is the target due to Cognitive Warfare, for misrepresentation, bad decision and inhibition of action or erroneous action.
