The contemporary technological revolution in the military field based on intelligence and knowledge has determined significant changes within the modern combat area architecture, in the organization and execution of combat operations, in the optimization of the command and control activities through cybernetic and informational systems, in the use of the procedures and modes of operation aiming at permanently ensuring the competitive advantage to the adversary.
