Abstract

Colonel John Boyd’s Observe/Orient/Decide/Act Loop (“OODA loop”) is a widely adopted decision- making analytical framework. The authors combine the OODA loop with the NSA Methodology for Adversary Obstruction to create a new cyber defense model.
